De Roos is een klassiek gerestaureerde salonboot uit 1930. Medio 2019 vaart zij in de grachten van Amsterdam. Haar oorsprong ligt, net als haar zusje de Iris, in Koningswinter. Na een zwaar vuursalvo in de 2^e world war, she was kept heavily damaged at a shipyard in Germany. Half a century later she found her way to Amsterdam via Friesland.
